This is a great, heavy song in the vein of Korn or X-Japan's recent output. All the elements are here - down-tuned guitars, rumbling bass, and driving double-kick drums. What makes this track unique - and very appealing - is the vocals. Though the vocalist dips his toes in death-metal land in the verses when the chorus kicks in his delivery switches to a much more pleasing tone. This gives the entire track a compelling, dynamic light-dark, push-pull effect.
Well recorded and well-perfromed, this can best be described as heavy music done with class.
